Many of our students have gone on to compete in the ring at local boxing events. We have skilled instruction and a supportive team atmosphere. Our students are also highly successful.
Our boxing classes are designed to help students develop both offensive and defensive skills. You’ll learn how to punch, block, and move on your feet with proper technique. Our gym features a full-size boxing ring for sparring, as well as spacious mats for drilling.
